To enhance efficiency and reduce wait times during high-traffic events, OrderBoard was introduced as an addition to the venue’s existing EPOS system. With the implementation of OrderBoard’s click-and-collect and delivery system, Westlands was able to dramatically reduce queue times, allowing patrons to place orders seamlessly from their mobile devices. This efficient setup not only minimized waiting but also encouraged guests to engage with the venue's offerings more freely, ultimately boosting the average spend per head.

The project was managed by Hawthorn and Kent, who ensured a smooth integration of the system into the venue's operations. From the initial installation to thorough staff training, every aspect was carefully handled to ensure Westlands' staff were confident and well-prepared to use the new technology.
