Starlight Express

Starlight Express marked an exciting milestone for us, demonstrating how GoPhoto can successfully enhance the live theatre experience. Working in partnership with LW Entertainment, Michael Harrison Entertainment, Global Marketing Group and Troubadour Theatres, we designed a guest photography solution that complemented the excitement and spectacle of the production. We installed a GoPhoto Capture Tower and two of our standing order kiosks in the theatre foyer, enabling guests to capture and purchase memorable photographs before the performance and during the interval, creating a seamless addition to their visit without disrupting the theatre experience.

Designed for high-volume environments, the solution combined intuitive self-service ordering with a frictionless customer journey, allowing guests to browse and purchase at their own pace while creating an additional revenue stream for the venue. More importantly, the project demonstrated the value of guest photography within live entertainment, giving audiences a lasting keepsake of a memorable evening while supporting the venue’s commercial objectives. The success of Starlight Express has established GoPhoto as an ideal solution for theatres looking to enhance visitor engagement and unlock new revenue opportunities.
