Vikings: The Immersive Experience

Working closely with the team behind Vikings: The Immersive Exhibition, we delivered a comprehensive consultancy service, advising on strategies to maximise revenue opportunities, identify cost efficiencies and optimise operational workflows and delivering a seamless experience for both guests and venue staff. Bisley’s smart lockers were deployed to support guest flow, offering integrated payment and locking technology and ensuring guests can securely store their belongings, while eliminating traditional cloakroom costs and challenges.

Our collaborative approach ensured that every aspect of our advice was carefully considered to support the exhibition’s commercial objectives while complementing the overall visitor journey.

To bring the experience to life, we installed two GoPhoto capture points at key locations throughout the exhibition. The first welcomes guests as they enter, while the second combines our advanced AI background removal technology with a specially themed Viking throne prop, transporting visitors into an authentic Viking banqueting hall without the need for a traditional green screen. Supported by a suite of bespoke digital backgrounds, a fully customised retail photo range and our intuitive self-service ordering kiosks, the solution enhances the guest experience while driving higher conversion rates, increasing average transaction value and creating lasting memories for visitors to take home.
