Bisley Lockers Consultancy GoPhoto

The Legend of The Titanic: The Immersive Exhibition

THE BRIEF

A full consultancy service, locker deployment and an immersive photo experience designed to match the scale of the experience itself

We were brought onboard (pun intended) early in the curation of this show, bringing full pre-operational planning services designed to optimise the operational flow, guest experience, staffing requirements and identify potential areas of saving and revenue generation. Working with FKPE’s wider team, we delivered a full consultancy suite offering pragmatic, structured guidance and support right through from inception to managing the onsite teams during the live iteration of the show.

As official photography partner for FKP Scorpio, we were also tasked with creating two unique photo capture points for The Legend of the Titanic: The Immersive Exhibition at London’s Dock X, we integrated our first GoPhoto camera within the customer ingress to the event, offering a range of custom designed Titanic-themed backgrounds including vintage postcard style images themed with period ticket visuals and maritime flair.

We then created a second capture point within the heart of the exhibition, utilising a purpose-built set of the bow of the ship. Offering guests an opportunity to really interact with the photography element and pose in one of the most iconic moments in film history, this photo opp offered a fully immersive guest activation and further development for the revenue stream delivered by the photo offering on site.

But the real showstopper came at the end: a purpose-built photo set at the bow of the ship. With a second Capture Tower, a cinematic moving background, and a beautifully crafted physical ship’s front, guests could pose in one of the most iconic moments in film history. The addition of a video reel for instant social sharing proved a runaway success, making this set a highlight of the entire experience.

We then built out the guest offering by adding a video reel designed for social sharing, all designed to optimise the customer experience. The purchasing journey as always was facilitated by GoPhoto’s intuitive self-service order kiosks, delivering an easy end to end solution with a bespoke pricing strategy built in.

Further optimising the customer journey, we deployed Bisley Smart Lockers finished in brand colours and with integrated payment and locking technology. Situated at entrance, these offered a practical and user friendly storage option for guests as well as lowering staffing costs and building revenue.
